Whether Stiff Kitten designed and built your website or not your website will need ongoing management, updating and refining. Updating your website from time to time ensures that your ranking with search engines like Google improve over time.
We offer website maintenance and management programs that are professional, inexpensive and take care of all your web support needs. We work with you to ensure that your website provides accurate and up-to-date information to your visitors.
The work we can do for you involves any or all of the following:

Bronze maintenance package : £10/month
If you a start-up or small business, the Bronze maintenance package is an ideal way for you to keep on top of your website without excessive costs, or spending valuable time yourself.
What you get;
- 30 support minutes per month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support)
- Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis (level of detail may depend on information available from your hosting company)
- Any or all of the work listed above, as required either by you or by current circumstances
Silver maintenance package : £15/month
If you need regular updates to your website text or images, and you wish to ensure that your website is working flawlessly, a Silver maintenance package is recommended.
What you get;
- 60 support minutes per month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support)
- Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis (level of detail may depend on information available from your hosting company)
- Any or all of the work listed above, as required either by you or by current circumstances
Gold maintenance package : £20/month
Are website issues and problems critical to your business? If so, our Gold maintenance package is ideal for you.
What you get;
- 120 support minutes per month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support)
- Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis (level of detail may depend on information available from your hosting company)
- Any or all of the work listed above, as required either by you or by current circumstances
Pay-as-you-go : £25/hour
If you need infrequent and irregular updates and/or support for your website you may prefer to pay our flat rate.

- Support on demand (includes making changes to your website and telephone support)
- Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis (level of detail may depend on information available from your hosting company)
- Any or all of the work listed above, as required either by you or by current circumstances
Minimum charge of £25 per year applies.
What you can use your maintenance contract for
Your support time can be used for consultation, or for any of our services, as listed above. Current clients use contract time for tasks such as; content updating, adding new pages, meetings, or telephone support and consultancy.
How much can we do in an hour?
Our experience and specialist knowledge means we work quickly and efficiently. As a rough guide, text changes on an existing web page might take between 5 and 15 minutes, adding a new page to your site might take between 45 and 90 minutes. When we receive a request from you, we will tell you how long it will take to complete the job, and proceed when authorised by you.
If you use more than your contract allows
If you use more than your contracted hours in a particular month, any further support requirements will be quoted for separately at a fixed rate of £25/hour. We will advise you if you go over your allocated hours and ensure that we get the go-ahead from you before carrying out any work that will incur additional costs.
Is there a minimum contract length?
The minimum contract term is 12 months. Contracts are payable in advance.
